An advance notice of 2 weeks is recommended for success in establishing a date.
In order to secure our date, please try to arrange to have your deposit received at least 1 week prior to our scheduled date. This will help avoid any scheduling conflicts that could develop, as well as show your earnest interest
(and wins you a few extra brownie points).  As always, your efforts will be greatly appreciated.
